About this position: The Mortgage Set Up Specialist role is responsible for setting up new mortgage applications, reviewing incoming loan applications for completeness and proceeding with set up. Responsible for ordering appraisals, title work and various other items required to process loans application. What you’ll do: · Provide support necessary to effectively process loan applications to meet member expectations. · Work collectively with mortgage partners to prepare loan for final approval, order payoffs, update homeowners insurance, obtain various other documents necessary to proceed to closing. · Order appraisals, title work and various other items to submit to the processing team in a timely manner. What You’ll Bring: · One year of similar or related experience. Prior experience in the Mortgage industry is a plus. · Working knowledge with using the Microsoft Office Suite is required. · Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. · Excellent organizational, time management skills, and attention to detail. · Ability to maintain regularly scheduled attendance.
