Job Overview:
We are seeking a Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Assisting our year-round staff with maintaining, repairing, and enhancing various aspects of our Community. If you have a strong work ethic and enjoy working in a hands-on environment, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Assist maintenance staff with daily duties, including:
- Trash collection.
- Raking beaches
- Trail maintenance
Qualifications:
- Driver's license
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
