Clubhouse Maintenance

Responsibilities and Qualifications

The Clubhouse Maintenance position is responsible for ensuring the structural and physical condition of the clubhouse building, pool-house, cart barn, and pavilion remain in a condition that is acceptable for our members and guests.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain an aesthetically desirable and safe club environment, which meets the expectations of the GM, Department Heads and Club Members.
• Perform facility maintenance and housekeeping repairs, including but not limited to, building equipment, special projects, holiday decorations, and other related areas.
• Preventative maintenance of all HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and all kitchen equipment.
• Obtain bids on all major repairs, maintenance contracts or capital projects and submit to the General Manager.
• Maintain responsibility for and ensure compliance of all cleanliness standards of the clubhouse, entrance and parking lot.
• Establish and maintain security guidelines and assist in training and enforcement of all security procedures pertaining to the security alarm system, fire suppression and alarm systems.
• Attend weekly staff meeting of all Department Heads.

Qualifications:

• Thorough knowledge of building maintenance and procedures would normally be acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent education, plus two-three years of previous experience in a similar role.
• Must be able to multi-task and complete tasks/projects in an efficient and timely manner.
• Must be able to work any day of the week based upon club needs and activities.
• Indoor and outdoor work environment in all seasons and temperatures.
