Lake Eye Associates is Hiring an Ophthalmic Scribe Near Wildwood, FL
- Assisting the physician with documentation of the patient's medical record.
- Transcribing the history and examination by the physician
- Working up patients for eye exams and consultations
- Performing diagnostic testing
- Proficiency using EHR system; MDI experience a plus but not required (training is provided)
- Proficiency in proper and accurate documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Close attention to detail
- Working closely with Ophthalmologist and Optometrist to provide the highest level of patient care
- High school or equivalent
- Some College Preferred
