Service Technician/ Construction Job Description

Responsibilities:
-Set propane tanks and hook them up
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues
- Clean Fireplaces, fix fireplaces
- Drive a company van to job sites
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
- Perform property maintenance tasks as needed

-Work on rental properties when needed.

Qualifications:
- Experience in equipment repair and appliance repair
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently in the field as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
