Waukesha hours: Monday 9 am – 6 pm, Wednesday 8 am – 5 pm, and Friday 8 am – 2 pm.
- Answer telephone calls professionally.
- General reception duties
- Scheduling appointments
- General Dentrix computer recare updating
- Update patient information.
- Back up to -Checking in patients upon arrival and checking out patients for returning visits.
- Dentrix dental system knowledge is a necessity.
- Periodontal/Dental experience is highly recommended.
- High School Diploma.
- Microsoft Office.
