Lake Country K9 to 5 LLC is expanding our team of dog walkers and handlers.

We are seeking additions to our team who are detail oriented, punctual, dedicated, kind, have an ability to think on their feet and love to be outdoors in any weather.

Open Positions include:

K9 Dayschool Handler -- we are hiring for 2-4 weekdays 9:00 am-2:00pm (10- 20 hours per week)

Our Day school is A structured mix between Doggy Daycare and Day Training. We pick the dogs up between 8a &9a; Arrive at the building by 9:30am we then walk the group for approximately 45 minutes, followed by 30 minutes of offleash play at our building, 15 minute training session, 15 minute potty break, 30 lunch (both handler and dogs) 15 minute potty break, 30 minutes play, 15 minute training session. Before taking the dogs home between 1-2pm

Dog Handlers are responsible for overseeing one group per day of up to 5 dogs as well as taking dogs that live within Watertown city limits home.

* Must Be comfortable Walking 5 large breed dogs together ONLEASH

* knowledge of dog training (positive reinforcement) and dog body language preferred

. As a Dog Handler we are looking for individuals who are able to work with a variety of different breeds and have great attention to detail. Our ideal candidate will be available for 2-4 shifts per week , and have reliable transportation and a working smart phone as well as a desire to provide the best care to our dog clients.

We allow our employees to choose which shift and Days they are available. We do Schedule one month in advance.
