Dishwasher - Lake Blackshear Resort

Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Executive Chef, Sous Chef or Lead Line Cook this position is responsible for the overall cleanliness of the kitchen. Duties include: washing pots/pans and all kitchen equipment, washing plates, cups and flat wear, assisting cooks where needed, trash removal to include breakdown of boxes, keeping the docks clean, cleaning garbage cans, and following all sanitation guidelines. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Lake Blackshear Resort has 10 lake cabins and 82 camp sites located on beautiful 8800-acre cypress lake with restaurant, bar, off site fitness center, conference center, marina with a lake restaurant, 18 hole-golf course, disc golf, archery, fishing and more. We are managed by the Southeast's premiere hospitality management company, Coral Hospitality.

Minimum requirement: at least 2 years verifiable job history.
