Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker Assistant to join our team.

Duties:
- Support the Social Services Director with patient care needs such as; performing assessments, conducting care plans, doing family/patient orientations, following up on grievances, lost items.

-Providing customer service to patients and families by making rounds; identifying issues, and helping to resolve them

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-2 years working in health care field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

-Must enjoy working with people, work independently and solve problems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
