LaJoy Group, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Onboarding Specialist. The position offers a combinations of remote and work in-office (Livonia, MI) hours ranging from 5 to 20 hours per week.

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Schedule: Flexible (part-time with flexibility on dates/times)

Job Responsibilities

Enrollments:

• Assist employees with onboarding appointments, virtually and in-person.
• Thoroughly explain paperwork and documentation requirements during employment.
• Conduct training with all new employees during initial appointment.
• Audit all paperwork, forms and documentation to ensure compliance prior to end of appointment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Prior experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook
