Laird Plastics is a leading distributor of sustainable, high-performance plastics, serving the sign and graphics, mechanical, and engineering industries.

We are looking for a motivated employee with a strong work ethic, to join our growing Laird (Pittsburgh location) team. This is an entry level position with room for advancement and we will train within.

Every employee at Laird is included in our non-capped profit-sharing bonus program (profit share bonus is paid once a year in addition to hourly pay), plus Health/Dental/Vision, short term and long term disability, life insurance, 401k, and PTO.

7:30 am to 4:00 pm work schedule with a 1/2 hour lunch break.

Responsibilities-

Assist our Warehouse supervisor and our CNC router operator.

Various fabrication duties (drill press, hand router, heat bending, deburring/sanding plastic parts, etc.)

Help maintain a clean and organized warehouse.

Various other warehouse duties ( assisting with shipping/receiving, etc.)

Requirements-

High School Diploma/GED

Must be able to pass a background and drug test

Ability to lift/ move heavy objects

Must be able to stand for multiple hours (this is an active job)

Desire to learn and grow with our company
