We at Laid Right Site Development, Inc are looking for an experienced Working Grade Foreman with a minimum of 5 years Foreman experience. Must be able to read and interrupt blueprint drawings, understand and set grades, must have experience with Trimble GPS. Must be able to operate Excavator, Dozer, Motor Grader. Salary negotiable based upon experience.
The primary responsibilities of this position include managing and directing grading crews.The Grade Foreman plans, coordinates, and directs daily tasks to ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The Foreman must have broad functional expertise as well as the ability to solve routine and complex problems.
