**Overview:** We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. This position offers the opportunity to oversee office operations and support various administrative functions. **Duties:** - Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness. - Handle payroll processing and maintain employee records. - Coordinate and plan office events and meetings. - Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and vendors. - Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing phone systems. - Supervise office clerks and provide guidance on daily tasks. - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. - Oversee calendar management for appointments, meetings, and deadlines. - Utilize QuickBooks for financial record keeping. **Qualifications:** - Proven experience in office management or a similar role. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. - Proficiency in using QuickBooks for financial management. - Experience in event planning is a plus. - Ability to manage a team effectively and foster a positive work environment. - Familiarity with calendar management tools.
