Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Business Office Coordinator, the Post Office/Panther Prints Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of receiving/delivering mail. The Supervisor oversees any type of print orders from beginning to finish and in conjunction with the Campus Post Office Assistant oversees Work Study students assigned to the Post Office. Job Duties (but not limited to):

• Prepare projects for printing from start to finish.
• Assist with quality reproduction of materials. Ex: binders, booklets, brochures, programs, etc.
• Check in all packages (sort, deliver, distribute) from USPS, UPS, and Fed Ex using Arrival Express.
• Counter services which include postage sales, metered mail, key replacements, etc.
• Supervise Campus Post Office staff, including student workers

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree andthree (3) years of clerical, administrative, secretarial or office management experience; or, the equivalent combination of experience, training and/or education as approved by Human Resources. Prior administrative experience in a college or university is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Strong computer skills with proficient knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel. Graphic Design and Adobe Illustrator knowledge desired.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organization and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Ability to communicate effectively with faculty, staff, students and all key members of the college and local community.
