Lager Counseling Services (LCS) is Hiring a LCSW/ LMSW/ LMFT/ LMHC Near Wantagh, NY

  • You are capable of working for the greater good of the practice, while being supportive of clinicians and clients.

  • You do not have your own private practice and prefer to work in a collaborative environment.
  • You will are not paneled with insurance companies
  • You have at least 6 years experience as a LCSW, LMHC or Psychologist
  • You live in the solution creating bridges between upper management and clinicians through excellent solutions, clarity, and direct non judgmental communication

Lager Counseling Services is currently expanding our clinical team! We are looking to hire a clinical supervisor to work with our excellent team of clinicians. We are also open to a hybrid role of direct client care and supervision.

Part time or full time openings for the right candidate.

W-2 Pay structure.

We provide the opportunity for training in cutting edge areas of clinical treatment. In service training, seminars, conferences are offered and expected of our clinicians. We are looking for highly skilled employees who are down to earth and exude caring and warm and excellent nature towards life. We are like a family of professionals who support each others growth and development. We laugh together and provide a fun and lighthearted professional environment. We approach all cases with a positive perspective and believe in excellent outcomes. An uptight, over-boundaries approach will not fit on our team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
