We are a small, locally owned and operated property management company seeking a maintenance technician for our multi-family properties located in University Place and Tacoma. These locations are 4 miles apart and have a total of 92 units combined. We have full-time and part-time positions open at this time.

Our company offers on-going training opportunities, sick time, vacation time payable after one year, bereavement leave, paid company holidays, and a flexible work schedule after a 90-day probationary period. We are a close-knit company where you won’t need to worry about getting lost in the shuffle of day-to-day tasks. You will work closely with supervisory staff to receive the support you need to succeed and thrive.

Our ideal candidate would have 2 years of maintenance experience, their own basic tools (which may be securely stored on-site if preferred), a willingness to travel to other properties with mileage reimbursement, and the availability to work rare on-call emergencies.
