We are looking for a Scheduling Manager for our growing Security Integration department. This position is responsible for scheduling SI Field Technicians daily to maximize their proficiency while satisfying the needs of customers.

Major Responsibilities

• Manage the installation of LaForce products at different job locations. This includes scheduling SI field technicians on jobs by maximizing their productivity and satisfying the needs of customers.
• Collaborate with SI Field Project Manager to ensure SI field technicians are provided proper direction and information.
• Contact customers to setup scheduling of installations.
• Enter sales order data and update installation schedule.
• Create and update retail and contract work orders. In addition, manage time sheet data and work orders for technicians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.
• Strong organization and planning skills.
• Willingness to learn new technology, products and concepts.
