Job Summary:
As a Cocktail Waitress at Lafontaines, you will play a vital role in delivering an unforgettable guest experience. This position is ideal for an enthusiastic and attentive individual who is passionate about providing exceptional service and eager to learn about the world of cocktails. While you won't be responsible for making drinks, you will be the face of the lounge, ensuring that our guests' needs are met promptly and with enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, creating a positive first impression.
• Take drink and food orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when requested.
• Deliver orders to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation meet our standards.
• Anticipate guests' needs and proactively address any concerns or special requests.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including clearing and resetting tables as needed.
• Engage with guests to enhance their experience, building rapport and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
• Collaborate with the bar and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service flow and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality or restaurant setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings and weekends.
