Lafayette PhysicalRehabilitation Hospital is seeking Part Time LicensedPractical Nurses (LPN) for Night Shifts. Candidates must have astrong background with previous nursing experience. The LPN providesdirect and indirect patient care services that meet the psychosocial, physicaland general aspects of care; meets the communication needs of patient and family;provides care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative ofprofessional expectations, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.Maintain regulatory agency requirements, nursing and hospital policies,procedures, and standards. Communicate with physicians and team membersabout changes in patient's clinical condition, including results of diagnosticstudies and symptomatology. Respond quickly and accurately to changes incondition or response to treatment. Additionally, is able to performgeneral nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Current Louisiana LPN Licensure.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum of six months to one year's work experience.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
