A very busy real estate firm with 4 offices in Southern Florida (and expansion plans in the near future) is seeking Director of Culture and Growth for our firm. The brokerage has 150 agents in Florida plus 500 agents in New England and we have an amazing agent platform that offers support, marketing systems, and technology to the agents. The person in this position would never be bored. They would conduct regular training programs for our agents (don't worry, we have all the content ready to make your own). They would love to coach and inspire agents. They would host luncheons and invents to showcase our offering to agents within and outside of the brokerage and would get out and vist our agents at our monthly birthday luncheons in Southern Florida.

In addition to building and promoting our culture, this candidates will also take 1-2 recruiting appointments per week (normally video meetings) to showcase our programs and services. Our talent team sets the appointment, but the Director of Culture and Growth would deliver our one-of-a-kind message.
