Duties:
- Perform thorough cleaning of all areas within the Dining Facility, including dining areas, serving lines, kitchen, and restrooms
- Sanitize all surfaces, including tables, countertops, serving equipment, and kitchen appliances, to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Operate dishwashing equipment to clean all dishes, utensils, pots, and pans used during food preparation and service
- Ensure all items are properly sanitized and stored in designated areas
- Address spills and messes promptly to maintain a clean and safe environment for dining personnel
- ServSafe certification
- High school diploma or equivalent is advantageous
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Able to use a variety of cleaning products and equipment
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Excellent organizational skills
- Able to complete tasks on time with minimal supervision
