Ladera Oaks is seeking a Facilities/Housekeeping Associate who will ensure that assigned club areas are impeccably clean, neat, uncluttered, fully stocked, and safe. This position is highly visible throughout the club, constantly cleaning and taking great care of our facility.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service daily
• Sweep, dust, vacuum assigned areas of the facility
• Clean locker rooms and changing spaces
• Maintain a sufficient supply of materials (towels, tissues, soap, disinfectant) throughout the club
• Empty garbage containers in all assigned areas
• Ensure storage areas are clean and organized
• Immediately report any complaints or areas of concern to management
• Preparing facilities for changing weather conditions
• Performing routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs as needed
• Assist with club-wide social events when needed
• Stack towels in the locker rooms, fitness center, tennis lounge and pool decks
• Wipe down all tables, chairs, lounge chairs
