We're looking for a passionate BCBA to join our dynamic team. You'll help grow Lacuna in Nevada, setting best practices, building team culture, and pursuing superior services.
What You Will Do
· Lead and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians and clinical programs
· Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (Initial Assessments)
· Develop and implement parent training and support programs
· Provide compassionate training, support, and mentorship to RBTs
· Develop, manage, and oversee progress reports and treatment plans
· Partner with coding, billing, and insurance teams to meet payer requirements
What You Will Need
· Masters in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Ed, Psychology, or related field
· Valid BCBA Certification
· Applicable licensure to practice within the state hired
· Strong leadership skills
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· A desire to pursue superior services
