Responsibilities:

- Assist clients in establishing legal entities such as corporations, partnerships, or LLCs advising them on the best structure for their needs.

- Draft and file all formation documents ensuring compliance with local regulations.

- Assist business clients with ongoing legal support which includes drafting contracts, and other business documentation as needed.

- Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, demands, and discovery.

- Attend trials, hearings, mediations.

- Conduct and attend deposition.

- Conduct legal research through Lexis Nexis for issues related to cases when necessary.

- Conduct initial consultations with potential business and civil litigation clients.

- Manage caseload from start to finish under the supervision of the senior attorney.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
