1st Shift General Cleaner Mon-Thurs (7am-5 : 30pm)

LACOSTA’s mission is to make our customer’s environments clean, healthy, safe and efficient. We're looking to add a general cleaner with the ability to be on call for snow removal between the months of November-April to our team!
General Cleaner and Snow Removal Schedule
- Monday through Thursday (7 : 00am-5 : 30pm)
- Snow Removal : On call from November-April
- $14 / hr
- Overtime $5 / hr for snow removal
General Responsibilities
- Routine building and factory cleaning, including restrooms, offices, break rooms, stairwells, and all other site-specific areas
- Cleaning duties will include trash / recycle removal, dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, stocking restrooms, window cleaning, floor scrubbing, carpet spotting, and additional tasks outlined in the scope of work
- Cleaner will be required to comply with all safety rules, policies, and procedures
- Stop risky behavior of others and self
- Moving furniture
- Power washing
- Spotting
- Fire watch
- Cleaning out dumpsters
- Painting
General Qualifications
- Must have experience on all general housekeeping tasks
- Must possess work history in cleaning field
- This high-profile position requires the ability to pass background check requirements including a drug screen
