Overview: Lackawanna Medical Group, LMG Cosmetics and LMG Wellness is seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Social Media Coordinator / Project Assistant. This role is crucial in supporting our social media efforts and ensuring the smooth execution of various projects within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude towards project management.

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create compelling content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Monitor social media channels for trending topics and opportunities to engage with the audience.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Content Creation:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop content ideas that align with the brand's voice and objectives.
  • Write engaging copy for social media posts, blog articles, and other marketing materials.
  • Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content using design tools and software.
  • Project Assistance:
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of various projects, including product launches, marketing campaigns, and events.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and resources to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables, and communicate updates to the team.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, such as preparing documents, managing calendars, and organizing files.
  • Community Engagement:
  • Foster relationships with followers, influencers, and other stakeholders to build a strong online community.
  • Participate in relevant conversations and forums to increase brand visibility and credibility.
