Responsibilities:

• Takes lead on resident move-in, creating a warmand welcoming environment while coordinating and maintaining a seamless,dignified, and compassionate transition
• Effectively communicates the move-in procedure,guiding residents and family members through the process from applicationcompletion to move-in day
• Facilities the lease signing process withresidents and family members, managing annual recertification, and maintainingthorough documentation for Tax Credit files
• Completes income verification, collectsinsurance, and documents all pertinent information upon initial residency
• Ensures that each apartment is thoughtfullyprepared for incoming residents. Orientates each resident while representingour Community and commitment to love, compassion, and dignity

Qualifications:

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required
• Medicaid waiver or LIHTC experience preferred
• Ability to make data-driven decisions with a strong understanding of Assisted/Supportive Living sales and marketing
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
