Duties: - Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities to promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschool-aged children. - Create a safe and nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence. - Provide individualized attention and support to each child, ensuring their unique needs are met. - Foster positive relationships with parents and communicate regularly about their child's progress and development. - Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a cohesive and engaging learning environment. - Maintain accurate records of each child's progress, including observations, assessments, and developmental milestones. - Implement behavior management strategies that promote positive behavior and social skills. - Ensure the health and safety of all children by following proper procedures for supervision, hygiene, and emergency situations. Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. - Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom or childcare setting. - Knowledge of early childhood development theories and best practices. - Familiarity with literacy education, special education, early intervention, and physical education for young children. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to create engaging lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of young learners.
