What Will I Be Doing?
  • Prepare and process sales contracts and other necessary paperwork for vehicle sales transactions.
  • Ensure accurate and complete documentation for all sales and customer information.
  • Coordinate financing and insurance with customers and finance companies.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory and sales transactions.
  • Manage and organize the office filing system.
  • Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operation of the business office.
  • Ensures that all manufacturer accounts, including warranty claims, rebates, interest protection and co-op advertising are current and accurate.
  • Develop reports to assist the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Corporate Controllers, General Managers and other members of the Management Team in an effort to better analyze the business.
  • Analyze information and evaluate alternatives in an effort to resolve issues and make sound, timely decisions.
  • Performs efficiently with the normal amount of direction for the position; displays the professional attitude and capabilities of a self-starter.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Individual should possess:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; however, an Associates / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or related field would be preferred.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Ability to write and distribute routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to apply the concepts of basic algebra in order to calculate debits, credits, quantity, etc.
  • Ability to apply a common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Work effectively and efficiently in a team environment.
  • Have and maintain an excellent driving record.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Individual will be required to:
  • Sit and/or stand interchangeably throughout the day.
  • Sit and/or stand for long periods at a time.
  • Use hands, fingers and arms continually, frequently and throughout the day.
  • Bend, crouch, crawl, stoop and kneel continually, frequently and throughout the day.
  • Pick-up, lift and carry items that may exceed 50 pounds.

Compensation / Benefits

  • Compensation: $16.90 - $25.00 per hour
  • Bonus Eligibility: Yes, this position is eligible for a discretionary bonus opportunity based on performance or other extenuating circumstances and as approved by the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual compensation offer will take into account a wide range of factors to include location and experience.
