- Follow script and guidelines on each and every phone call.
- Ensure phones are not left unattended during scheduled shift.
- Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately; assume ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
- At least 1 year of previous Automotive BDC experience in a dealership setting is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to provide clients with a first call resolution.
- Ability to develop strong client relationships and adjust as needed for each customer.
- Candidates must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include Saturdays.

- The hourly rate for this position is $18.00, plus bonuses based on performance such as Individual Appointments Shown and Units Sold.
- 18 years or older
- All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing including a background check and drug screen
