General Manager – Future Opportunities

We are seeking potential General Managers to join our talent network for future opportunities. LAcarGUY comprises of award-winning dealerships across the greater Los Angeles area, representing world-renowned brands such as Audi, Genesis, Honda, Hyundai, Kia, Lexus, Porsche, Subaru, Toyota, and Volkswagen.

Responsibilities

As General Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our success, leading and inspiring a dynamic team to new heights. You'll be responsible for managing daily operations and driving sales growth.

• Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales goals
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency
• Utilize software systems to track sales performance and generate reports

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of proven leadership experience as a General Manager in a high volume dealership is required
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• 10 years retail automotive experience
• Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions
• Proficient in using software systems for sales tracking and reporting
• Knowledge of all areas of automotive retail dealership: sales, fixed-ops, accounting, and finance.

Compensation

• The estimated annual earnings for this position are $200,000.00 - $500,000.00 after factoring in all forms of compensation including salary, commissions, bonuses, etc.
• Employees in this position will receive a base salary of $10,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month, plus commissions and bonuses based on performance.

Hiring Requirements

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing including a background check and drug screen
