Hourly/Non-Exempt Temp-To-Hire Position
$36,400/yr to start

Job Summary:
- Follows SSOP procedures for cleaning and sanitizing all equipment used during the day
- Ensures all production PPE gear is used properly while working with sanitation chemicals
- Wash non-disposable dayshift PPE gear
- Remove all trash from production area
- Clean floors and other surfaces and area where production takes place
- Dispose of waste left behind from the days production
- Performs monthly/weekly cleaning as directed (light fixtures, docks, overhead rafters, etc.)
- Clean dumpster and surrounding area as needed
- Performs outside cleaning as needed (leaves in the fall, etc.)
Additional Responsibilities:
- Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to work under time constraints and deadlines.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, and carry up to 50lbs easily
- Must be ok with a wet/cold environment as you are working with hoses and water your whole shift
- Must be able to use certain tools to break down and put back together lines and cleaning equipment and tools
- Ability to handle stress especially when encountering necessary projects, deadlines and/or high workload.
Minimum Requirements:
- Entry Level - no experience required
- Bi-lingual candidates highly desirable
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent is preferred
