Responsibilities:

· Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment to minimize downtime and optimize performance.

· Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the ongoing reliability and functionality of machinery.

· Diagnose equipment malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to resolve issues in a timely manner.

· Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols, promoting a culture of safety awareness and adherence among team members.

· Manage inventory of spare parts and equipment supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels to support maintenance activities.

· Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment manuals, and maintenance logs.

· Collaborate with production manager and team to coordinate maintenance schedules and prioritize equipment repairs to minimize disruption to production operations.

· Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in equipment maintenance practices and implement best practices accordingly.

· Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for maintenance technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge in equipment maintenance techniques and procedures.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Proven experience in equipment maintenance, with a focus on production machinery in a manufacturing environment.

· Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.

· Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in equipment maintenance.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
