The Manager, Risk Management will play a key role in the Risk Management Function. The manager will lead Risk Management projects from analysis, planning and design to implementation. Use data analytics to analyze and model our premiums paid, claim administration expense, and collateral costs to identify our total cost of risk and to use that analysis to optimize our decision making and potentially drive down the cost and volatility of risk. They will analyze information from multiple sources and develop reports/recommendations for Risk Management and other business leaders.
Responsibilities:

• Manages and directs global property program which includes liaising with both internal as well as external partners; such as, project managers, contractors and landlords.
• Manages property claims for Labcorp.
• Using best practices for data collection; analyze and prepare Risk Management reports for key metrics, including but not limited to worker injuries, workers’ compensation cases and cost, automobile accidents and cost.
• Under the direction of the Head of Risk Management develop, implement and lead highly complex projects that reduce risk, reduce cost and simplify and streamline Risk Management.
• Directs a program to ensure the proper and efficient handling of claims, gathering data on claims for both record keeping and loss forecasting purposes, and estimating the financial value of claims.
• Develop and maintain database of all global policies.
• Manage Certificate of Insurance process.
• Provide Risk Management to internal customers and suppliers; serve as contact with the business units for providing certificates of insurance.
• Prepare and provide presentations for Risk Management.
• Responsibility for global billing; working with brokers, insurers and local colleagues.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related field with 5-8 years of Insurance experience.
• Proven experience with data and analytics.
• Ability to balance competing priorities and work with multiple levels, business units and regions.
