Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facilities Worker to join our team. As a Facilities Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our employees, children, and visitors.

The Facilities Worker will be responsible for performing repairs, maintenance, and general operations for all La Vida Felicidad facilities and vehicles.

Responsibilities/functions to include, but not limited to:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Clean and maintain restrooms, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and report them to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and request replenishment when necessary
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing duties
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and maintenance standards

-Must be creative and flexible in order to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands and opportunities.

- Perform other duties as assigned by Facilities Supervisor, Director of Finance & Administration, or Executive Director.

Experience:
- Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning is preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques, including buffing and polishing
- Familiarity with custodial duties and responsibilities
- Basic understanding of facilities maintenance tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
