Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Restaurant and providing exceptional food service to our customers. Responsibilities:

-Cash Handling

-Closing Paperwork

-Ensure a smooth shift
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling dishes
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe working environment
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing deliveries

Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food preparation methods
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, such as knives, mixers, and ovens
- Understanding of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions
