LA Teams is seeking Experienced Handyman Foremen to complete labor intensive daily work orders.

Searching for highly skilled, organized individuals capable of taking on a heavy work load. Communication is key. Must be well versed in all phases of construction, general restoration and repair tasks. Days consist of onsite estimates and completion of daily work orders. Work orders range from full home renovations such as remodels, refinishing, treatments, bathrooms, framing, dry-wall patching, fixing leaks to installing doors, hanging TVs and mirrors.

As the foreman, you must provide your own vehicle and tools, source materials and items needed to complete work orders and be able to lead and perform labor intensive tasks to install and remodel household, office or commercial items. (This is not a supervision position).

Reviews run our company and give us the name we have. Candidates are expected to have VERY strong customer service skills. Customer service is our number one priority, you will need to take this into consideration on a daily basis.

Looking for candidates with open availability to fill full time positions for both weekday and weekend. We are open 7 days a week, 8-10 hours a day.

Responsibilities:

• Handyman - Restoration / Fixing / Repair, Patching Holes, Painting, Drywall, Carpentry, Door and Window Installation, Repair, Baseboard / Crown Molding Install, Cabinets, Fencing, Gate Work, Stairs, Vanity Cabinet Installation, Showers, Shower Glazing, Laundry units, Air conditioners ECT...
• Art Handlers/Installation Experts- House hold items such as TVs, Racks, Shelves, Pictures, Mirrors, Towel holders, High Value Art, Chandeliers, Light Fixtures, Cameras,
• Moving Services- Delivering Furniture, packing and delivering Art. Furniture assembly and placement.
• Repair major and minor issues with equipment
• Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
• Order and replace broken parts or equipment
• Maintain a clean and a safe work space, cleaning up after all repairs and removing debris
• Perform other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Maintenance, Handyman, Carpentry, Construction Moving or other related fields.
• Previous experience in FINE ART HANDLING, Moving, Packing, Restoration
• Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle heavy physical and administrative workload
• Good customer service skills
• On time and efficient worker

Customer service- we work with high end clientele, all employees are expected to be on time, in branded uniform, respectful and responsible. Our job sites must be kept clean and tidy at all times ie gloves and shoe covers are to be worn and work areas need to be covered properly, in addition to any special client requests.
