Job Title: Seasonal Sales Associate

Location: Kiosk at the Broadway Square Mall.

Job Type: Seasonal - Will take place on the dates prior to Mother's Day.

Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at a mall kiosk that sells flowers made out of soap. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our unique product line, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Engage with customers to identify their needs and preferences
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers
• Process transactions using point-of-sale system
• Maintain a clean and organized kiosk environment
• Restock and replenish product inventory
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
• Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1 years of retail sales experience preferred
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with customers
• Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and handling cash transactions
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds
• Ability to work in a small kiosk environment with limited space

Compensation: This is a seasonal position with lucrative pay that includes a base hourly wage, We offer competitive compensation and the opportunity to earn additional bonuses based on performance.
