Job Summary:As the Assistant Manager/Sales Coordinator, you will play a dual role, combining management responsibilities with sales tasks to ensure our hotel not only meets but exceeds our guests' expectations and drives profitability. You will assist in overseeing the hotel operations and coordinate all sales-related activities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in managing daily hotel operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and delivering superior guest services.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive sales, increase revenue, and achieve set sales targets.
• Coordinate and manage all sales activities, including lead generation, client meetings, and contract negotiations.
• Create promotional plans and marketing strategies to enhance the visibility and appeal of the hotel.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Train and supervise front desk staff and ensure all team members are knowledgeable about current sales promotions.
• Prepare reports on sales performance and market analysis.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to hotel management and sales.
• Manage inventory and resources effectively to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in hospitality management and sales, preferably in a hotel setting.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• High level of responsibility and accountability.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
