La Quinta by Wyndham is seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at the West Palm Beach Turnpike location. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction within our hotel.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping team, including house attendants and laundry team members.
• Ensure that all guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house areas are clean and well-maintained according to Wyndham standards.
• Train and motivate housekeeping team members to provide exceptional service and efficiency.
• Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards.
• Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and amenities.
• Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or related field, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of housekeeping practices and procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in hospitality is a plus.
