LA PUERTA NEGRA is Hiring a Security Guard Near Las Vegas, NV
- Provide protection for all team members and guests of the company and its assets.
- able to work graveyard as it is a bar.
- Interact with local law enforcement agencies, as required.
- Respond to reports of guest or team member injury or illness.
- Preserve the scene of criminal activity for investigators and outside agencies.
- Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous security experience preferred.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift to include weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationship with Team Members and Guests
- Proven experience remaining calm in high stress and emergency situations.
- Experience accurately perceiving, soundly reasoning, and correctly judging situations, occurrences and circumstances; assessing and prioritizing situations and determining appropriate response.
- Proven experience calmly working with upset patrons.
- Proven experience providing high level of guest service.
- At least 21 years of age
- Ability to communicate effectively in English & Spanish, both written and verbal
- Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company.
- Verify right to work in the United States

- Ability to successfully perform in a timely manner all the physical movements associated with situations that may present to Security personnel; including movements necessary to successfully complete company-assigned training courses applicable to the essential duties of the position
