We are looking for a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately processing payments, and helping to maintain a clean and organized store. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide assistance in a friendly and professional manner.
• Operate cash registers, scanners, and other equipment to process customer purchases.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Process returns and exchanges of merchandise.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.52 - $19.00 per hour

• Day shift
• Morning shift

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
