Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Hospital Pharmacy Technician to work alongside our pharmacy team in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment. The Hospital Pharmacy Technician will assist pharmacists in various pharmacy operations, ensuring the accurate and timely preparation and distribution of medications to support patient care.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited pharmacy technician training program or equivalent experience.
• Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) in the state of Arizona.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology, medications, and dosage calculations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced certification, such as IV certification.
• Experience with pharmacy automation and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience.
