We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team atLa O'wn Academy. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students and help shape their early childhood development.

```Duties:```

- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote learning and development

- Provide a safe and supportive environment for children to explore, learn, and grow

- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging educational experiences

- Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and daily activities

- Manage classroom behavior and encourage positive social interactions among students

- Ensure the health and safety of all children in the classroom

- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment

```Skills:```

- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and practices

- Experience in toddler care or early childhood education

- Excellent classroom management skills

- First aid certification is preferred

- Ability to effectively manage behavior and create a positive learning environment

- Passion for working with preschool-aged children

- Previous experience in nannying or caregiving is a plus

Pay: $14.62 - $15.44 per hour
