As a New Hire Specialist, you will be responsible for remotely assisting store managers and new employees as they join the company and help them complete the necessary paperwork. You are also responsible for collecting all the required documents from the new hire.

Main Functions and Responsibilities:

• Processing New Hires

• Assisting with all required documentation for form I9 purposes
• Remotely assisting store managers and employees with digital company paperwork
• Assisting with ADP profile registration

• Assists new hires with completion all the necessary digital and paper forms

• Providing new hires with manuals, guidelines, and passwords, as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
PERFORMS ANY OTHER TASK ASSIGNED BY SUPERVISOR.

Requirements and Skills:

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a must. Oral and written.
• Proven work experience as an HR Onboarding Specialist or in relevant HR role
• Experience with MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Basic knowledge of labor legislation
• Solid communication skills (verbal and written)
• Team spirit
An ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Work Environment:

• No or very limited physical effort required.
• No or very limited exposure to physical risk.
• Works in a fast-paced environment.
Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
