Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Food Prep/Server/Cashier to join our team at a busy ice cream shop in Holland. As a Food Prep/Server/Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, processing payments, and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Duties:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Enter orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries
- Process payments, including handling cash transactions and operating credit card machines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen tasks as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Skills:
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred
- Proficient in operating POS systems and handling cash transactions
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
