LMRV is currently hiring for an Inventory Control Coordinator for our growing team. The ideal candidate has Automotive experience and a strong attention to detail.

SUMMARY: Responsible for initiating and coordinating the store inventory and other duties as assigned.

SALARY: $19-20/hr.

SCHEDULE:  Monday - Friday, flexible start times between 7:30am-9am

Qualifications

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Scan invoices/MSRP to the appropriate person for purchasing.
• Daily floor plan payoff checks
• Print exception report for Transportation Department and work with them on a daily basis to make sure inventory is at a 100% accounted for, make sure reports are sent to the appropriate person once completed.
• View the inventory on RV Point daily, Print & Review if needed, work with Recon on New/Used reports to look for and correct any and all misspelling, sales code, color, fuel code (if motor home), footage (on used), body size and order numbers.
• Print weekly inventory note any and all units that are sold with customer name and date. Complete jacket, title and MSO inventory. Research and request items that are not accounted for from other locations. Review invoice/MSRP/Acv reports as received making sure any missing items are scanned into the appropriate folders, that same day.
• Download & Email completed inventory to the appropriate person by the end of Friday each week.
• Using the Transpo Log update daily transpo moves to and from each location. Transfer jkt & DMV packet (Used), MSO (New) to appropriate locations as units are moved.
• Note any and all jackets, titles and MSOs that are transferred in the Memo line. Keep inventory of all sales associated paperwork, as pertains to each store.
• Update daily sales.
• Update rollbacks/switches, from your location, report generated from RV Point.
• Other duties as assigned by the Business Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Pre-employment screenings including background and drug test
• Automotive experience highly preferred
• Data entry/10-Key
• Era-Ignite experience preferred
• Ability to muti-task and be flexible
• Attention to detail
• Proficient in Excel (Intermediate level)
• Experience with Accounting Procedures
