PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Content creation to promote marketing objectives.
• Editing and proofreading content before publication.
• Creating engaging and informative content, including photos, graphics, videos and written content for social media, email campaigns, ad campaigns, the website, events and more – all of which support our marketing and social media strategies.
• Assist Marketing Manager in implementing marketing strategies, managing, and creating social media content, analyzes data and metrics to measure companies’ success.
• Maintain content calendars to ensure timely delivery of content; Monitor and analyze the performance of content and adjust strategies as needed.
• Create and assist in creating promotional materials.
• Collaborate across teams to determine and solve campaign objectives.
• Assist Marketing Manager preparing paid ad campaigns.
• Attending and supporting Marketing Manager at marketing events as needed.
• Assist Marketing Manager in website content updates.
• Research market trends and developments relevant to campaign subject matter.
• Adhere to all company policies, SOP’s and guidelines.
• Adhere to all quality, safety, policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Requires ability to visually observe the condition of surroundings.
• Requires ability to hear and speak.
• Requires ability to read and write.
• Requires the ability to work outside of normal business hours or on weekends to meet deadlines on occasions.
• Requires ability to stoop, bend, reach, lift and carry items up to 0-55 pounds occasionally.
• Requires manual dexterity to use common office equipment (i.e. computer, copiers, scanners, keyboards, mouse).
