Job Overview:

Management team is seeking a skilled RDH to work in the office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (8:00am to 5:00pm daily, with a 1 hour lunch).

Duties:

- Conduct thorough dental assessments and screenings.
- Prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, fluoride treatments, and sealant application.
- Xrays.
- Educate patients on their oral health, and give OHI based on their individual needs
- Maintain patient records using electronic medical records software (spot probing, periodontal charting, HPI, soft tissue diagnosis, etc).
- Stocking your own rooms as necessary / taking inventory of your needs.

- Setting up your hygiene trays nightly for the next day, as well as your room.
- Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive patient care.

Experience Required:
- RDH license in California
- CPR & BLS Certification

-Korean Speaking is a must! Either be proficient or fluent please.

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and chart review - "get to know the patient history".
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team - every role plays an integral part in the success of our team!
