We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in billing and be proficient in electronic billing systems. As a Billing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices.

Pay: $23-$25/hr

Responsibilities:

• Process a high volume of invoices weekly, approximately 120 invoices, with precision and efficiency.
• Utilize electronic billing systems to input, review, and reconcile billing data.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing information, including rates, quantities, and descriptions.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary information for billing purposes.
• Maintain organized records of billing transactions and documentation for auditing purposes.
• Generate reports as needed to track billing activities and identify trends.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to billing processes.
